I think that this quote means that your decisions determine what happens later on in your life. An example of a bad decision is doing drugs. This is a bad decision because this decision has many consequences. A few consequences are dropping out of school, going to prison, and even death. An example of a good decision is studying every day. This is a good decision because if you study every day your going to do very good on your classwork and homework. You'll also most likely be the best in your class and go to a good college.
