I think that this quote means if you follow your dreams and keep doing what you should be doing you will get what you want in the end. An example will be if you want to get good grades,. If you want good grades you will do everything to bring your grades up like do your homework and go to tutoring. If you do the right thing like be respectful and always be on task then you will also succeed as a CTR person because you didn't do the wrong thing.

This quote means that you should always do the right thing during a moment of decision. This means whenever you're in a situation where you need to make a quick decision you should always do what is right. A good example was when a Walmart employee found $20,000 in an envelope that belong to a couple and when he noticed the money he sprinted to go find them and give the money back. This was a good example because he had to make a decision whether to give the money back or keep it and he did the right thing and gave the money back to them.
